The HCI understands what the largely untapped base of talent black entrepreneurs represent regarding the potential to define and lead categories

What is missing is a startup incubator where Black entrepreneurs are given one-to-one attention, training in entrepreneurship, access to networks of support, investors, and most importantly connections with mentors. These are things that all startups need, but are more difficult to access for Black entrepreneurs. With this support these entrepreneurs will deliver vibrant and transformative businesses.

An untapped opportunity exists to disrupt business models in Black communities to infuse entrepreneurship as a tool of systemic change.
